First of all.. please make sure to use our online resources for Problem Diagnostics, instead of sending a product back to us without any further investigation! In most cases all problems can be fixed by yourself! A good source of Information is our Online-Forum . 

In most cases a simple reset to factory defaults and a new configuration will solve your problem! Please make sure to use actual Firmwares and Drivers! 

Please check our  Online-Forum or Vigor Users if there's already a solution for your specific problem.

Of course you can contact us directly by phone or email but please keep in mind that we will only support products that have been bought directly from TwoCom or one of our Resellers! 

Important:
Do net send any Products back without getting a RMA Number from our technical support! You can obtain a RMA number by mail or by telephone. Please make sure you have the exact information and serial number of the device handy!

Packets arriving at our technical support that don't have a RMA Number, an Invoice or did get send unfreely will be directly sent back to you without any further comment! 

Support by phone is available only for "our customers"! Please have the serial number of the device and your customer number handy! This of course also applies to you if you bought your product at one of our partners or resellers store! Also we hope you understand, that we only can give technical support on the phone for dial-in and internet connection problems.
